Add Attachments to Sales Transactions
Now you can add attachments to sales transactions (estimates, invoices and sales receipts) and send them to your customers. Perhaps you want to attach a contract to an estimate. Maybe you’ll attach a picture of a completed job or a timesheet to an invoice. It’s easy and you can do it right from the sales transaction. You can even drag and drop files onto the sales transaction.

Easier Tax Time with 1099s and 1096
Tax season with QuickBooks Online is about to get easier! We heard you loud and clear over the past year: you wanted to be able to print 1096 forms from QuickBooks Online. So, this month, we are rolling out the ability for you to print your 1096 forms in addition to your 1099s. You’ll do this the exact same way you’re used to printing your 1099 forms: by going to the Vendor List, clicking the blue button in the bottom lefthand corner that says “Prepare 1099 Misc Forms,” selecting your contractors, and printing away! Note that this functionality is only offered on our Plus product.

Accountant Webinar on the Product Changes
Here’s the recording of this month’s release webinar: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/recording/3027165864185576448
Here are the slides I used so you can take notes while you watch: November release webinar slides (Alternative link http://goo.gl/M5sgs). You really won’t get the good info and detail without the recording, so I do recommend watching, not just looking at the slides.
Enjoy!
