Luckily we can write paper copies for invoices… but… then why am I spending a grand a year to have quickbooks do invoicing and payroll for me??

Hopefully they (intuit) get some remote backups setup or whatever they need to do to keep everything online thr whole year,… especially during my summer busy season ;)

Still gonna be a QBOE user, but if this continues to reoccur we will find a new service to use

Outages have been happening frequently lately and even though systems are supposedly back up and running, I’m getting errors all over the place in the program.

Perhaps this isn’t a cloud I should be on either….

Your business is too important to risk your operations for a few months free service. Intuit apparently does not have the infrastructure in place to keep the systems up. So we can presume that this is going to happen again and again. Even if they made the service free, is it worth it to you? Its not for me, I am getting off their cloud.

We rely on our accounting system to be online at all times. We operate from 3 different states in 3 different time zones and all 3 need 24/7 availability for our accounting system. What is QuickBooks Online prepared to do to compensate us for these continuing inconveniences?
