Well having been WAAAAYYYY to busy to comment on the outages until now, it has been a tough to deal with the few outages... I'm no IT expert, but I know one thing, If my company didnt have backups in place we would be screwed. Luckily we can write paper copies for invoices... but... then why am I spending a grand a year to have quickbooks do invoicing and payroll for me??

Hopefully they (intuit) get some remote backups setup or whatever they need to do to keep everything online thr whole year,... especially during my summer busy season ;)

Still gonna be a QBOE user, but if this continues to reoccur we will find a new service to use

And still issues abound today - unable to run A/R reports and have been on hold waiting for a Customer Service Rep. for an hour! Yikes! My clients will be screaming at me today, just the push to find another product.

I have a hard time believing that the data center where the QBOE app is running from doesn't have backup generators, but clearly they failed. Outages have been happening frequently lately and even though systems are supposedly back up and running, I'm getting errors all over the place in the program.

Perhaps this isn't a cloud I should be on either....

I think calls for freebies is not whats needed here. Your business is too important to risk your operations for a few months free service. Intuit apparently does not have the infrastructure in place to keep the systems up. So we can presume that this is going to happen again and again. Even if they made the service free, is it worth it to you? Its not for me, I am getting off their cloud.

This is absolutely unacceptible. We rely on our accounting system to be online at all times. We operate from 3 different states in 3 different time zones and all 3 need 24/7 availability for our accounting system. What is QuickBooks Online prepared to do to compensate us for these continuing inconveniences?

Intuit,

Do you mean to tell me that you claim to support mission critical business systems and everything can go down when the power goes out? That is unforgivable.
