That's what I'm saying. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and registered a second company. They tried to charge me MORE than for the first company. AND it took 3 tries to get it setup right because their support kept giving me blatantly incorrect information about their own software. I.e. click on X where X doesn't even exist. Intuit has gone from the best to near the worst and on a downward trajectory. I'm starting to regret giving them the benefit of the doubt already.

This is starting go beyond ridiculous!

The only thing reliable about Quickbooks Online is the frequency of your shut downs and service disruptions!

Either commit to the product and the customers or shut it down!

Maybe federal regulators need to look into this situation!

You guys ever heard of UPS (not the guys with the brown trucks - un-interruptable power supplies) and backup generators? Wasn't a power failure your excuse for the last outage? What kind of commercial data center crashes due to a "commercial utility" power failure. Even my cabin in the mountains is better equipped to deal with such an event with cheap propane generator. Unbelievable!

Just as an FYI, we're in the middle of our audit this week. Fortunately, most testing was done on Monday and Tuesday. I'm posting this to add data about why these outages are enormously costly to QBO clients. A free month is a nice gesture, but a drop in the bucket relative to the real cost. Once again, I think an explanation from management (along with an apology) is called for. And it would be nice to know what you are doing to learn from these failures. As you will note, the clients are learning that we should find another solution...
