I have started using Quickbooks 10 for Mac. When I enter customer payment to an invoice for a book I have sold, the payment amount shows up in the checking as a 1) deposit and 2) as a payment I am making.

Clicking on the deposit line in checking takes me to the invoice. Clicking on the payment line takes me to the invoice payment window.

This is nuts. What is the deal?

I want to see just the credits that somehow had gotten into a vendor, and to pay bills they are automatically surfacing.

How do I go in and pull a report for just the credits that are available for a vendor, and be able to delete or change just like a bill?

Thanks, Priyajeet! I'm a happy camper; thank you for all the help and advice. Hopefully, this won't happen again when Safari 5.1 comes out. ;-)

Safari 5.0.1 and Safari 4.1.1 are now unblocked and should be usable. You will need to upgrade to these latest versions if you haven't already done so. Links are in the blog post in case you missed them. If you encounter any issues, please report it to QuickBooks Online support or post about it on the forums.
