I receive "dues payments" from our professional orgaization membership. As many of the dues are paid by employers I must provide a "payment receipt" for the dues, whether paid by check or purchasing card.

Currently the only way I have found to do this is to generate a statement for the member. Either I must create the statements one at a time, or sort through a statement list with over 600 members represented.

Two suitable solutions come to mind:
1) Provide a "create statement" checkbox in the receive payment dialog window
2) Provide a "activity during" selection criteria option in the create statements dialog window

My clients and I are using the QBO Tasks List extensively. It is a great feature! Currently, 1) I cannot keep a record of the tasks I have closed and 2) I cannot import, nor even cut and paste tasks to keep record of them on my master list. It would be great if you could work on such features.

Intuit payroll service does not support E-Payment of 943 withheld tax payments. Currently E-Payment only supports 941 & 944 payments. The payroll service supports the annual 943 form and TurboTax has an excellent farm section. Why won't you support the monthly E-Payment for 943?

I have to say, your current product meets our needs. As a not-for-profit, I would much prefer you focus on reducing the cost of your service rather than expanding the features. This would deliver the most value to us.

Thank you.

I would like to see different levels of access for QBOL, so that an employee could enter bills,or receipts, without having the ability to see the entire check register.
If they can see the check register then they can see sensitive information relating to payroll. PayChecks, bonuses,,etc.(We use Intuit Online PayRoll)

Please make this a top priority. Would really help the really small businesses, and especially those that use your Payroll as well.

I would like to see that the departments is listed on the check stubs when printing checks. We post our stubs to the invoices to keep an accurate record of which department is debited. This would allow us to use more of our departments in QB Online. Hopefully this feature will come soon.
